The Pre-Conference is designed to outline the basics of metering as a foundation for the Meter School Basic/Intermediate class.

Please Note: Registration will close at the end of the business day on 1/17/2023.

Definitions of common abbreviations
Blondel's Theorem
Common metering formulas
Self-contained metering and troubleshooting

Who should attend
With the facilities available at the Meter School, we are able to offer training for all levels of personnel who install and wire meters.

What do I need to bring?
Registrants must bring their own personal protective equipment as well as other items, including:

  • Arc flash shield and hard hat
  • Safety glasses
  • Secondary rubber gloves
  • Fire-resistant clothing
  • Appropriate footwear
  • Bolt/amp meter
  • Calculator
  • Hand tools for meter installation and wiring

2023 LATE REGISTRATION
All events in 2023 will be subject to a $50 late registration fee for anyone that registers less than 2 weeks prior to the published event dates.
