LINEWORKER CONFERENCE 
VENDOR MEMBER TRADE SHOW AND TOOL TIME PRESENTATION 
Our group – your potential customers – includes about 200 lineworkers from cooperatives throughout Minnesota. Lineworkers, who actually use your products in the field, really enjoy this time to talk with you about new products. They are also a great source of feedback about your current products.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 
Thursday evening dinner - MREA is seeking sponsors to help host a prime rib dinner after the tradeshow on Thursday, please contact Karen MIller karen@mrea.org if you would like to join us. Vendors who sponsor are welcome to have two people attend the dinner.

Friday morning prize drawing - MREA is seeking three prizes valued over $150 from vendor members to be given away in a drawing on Friday morning. If your company is interested in donating a prize, please contact Karen MIller karen@mrea.org 

Indoor large equipment display - Meeting sponsors are invited to display one piece of equipment at the trade show. Email Karen@mrea.org if you plan on bringing equipment.

Tool time - We need four more presenters on Friday, Jan. 20th to share the features and safe use of a tool. Email kirk@mrea.org or karen@mrea.org if interested.

Host a hospitality room - Call Arrowwood (866) 386-5263. Ask for the MN Rural Electric Assn. room block.

Rent a snowmobile or ice fishing house from the Snow Center - Early reservations required, call (320) 808-7611

SCHEDULE Thursday, January 19th Setup: 3:00 pm - Trade show booths will not be assigned and spots are first come, first served. Trade Show: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Contact Karen@mrea.org if you intend to bring outdoor equipment to display.
