 Status: Full-Time | Non-exempt, Union, Hourly, Overtime Eligible

Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, Digital Marketing Specialist with strong communication and organizational skills.

The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as a key communications resource responsible for managing the cooperative's digital and print communications, developing engaging content, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining communication platforms, monitoring performance analytics, and ensuring effective communication with members, employees, and stakeholders during both routine operations and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Digital Communications and Online Presence
• Create Engaging Multimedia Content
• Monitor and Optimize Communication Performance
• Coordinate Internal and External Communications
• Support Marketing, Member Engagement, and Crisis Communications

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications with emphasis on media/graphic design and video production
• Proficient with video editing programs, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva content management for website maintenance
• Two years’ experience with marketing and digital communications

Compensation / Benefits

The starting hourly range for this position is $26.65 - $38.07. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidates’ qualifications, experience and skill level. Beltrami Electric Cooperative’s benefit package includes paid holidays, PTO and medical, dental, disability, life, FSA, HSA, and 401K.
